Vieux Shoes

Refined by tradition. Reimagined for today.

Vieux Shoes is a modern footwear brand rooted in legacy and lifted by intention. Crafted in the heart of Portugal, our shoes blend European elegance with modern comfort — a fusion of time-honored techniques and thoughtful design made for everyday movement and effortless sophistication.

Founded by Phil and Renée Piediscalzo — lifelong shoe fitters and owners of Orleans Shoe Co. — Vieux was born from over two decades of helping customers find their perfect fit. Our last name, Piediscalzo, means “barefoot” — and that’s the foundation of everything we do: shoes that feel as natural, grounded, and freeing as walking barefoot.

We believe the best shoes don’t just look good — they do good. That’s why every pair of Vieux is designed to support your body, complement your lifestyle, and endure with grace. From premium European materials to intentionally sculpted lasts, our focus is on comfort that never compromises style.

Sustainability is at the core of our craft.
We produce in small batches, use responsible sourcing partners, and work with factories committed to ethical labor and low-waste processes. Our packaging is recyclable, and our designs are made to last — so you can buy better, and buy less.

Inspired by New Orleans. Crafted in Europe. Worn everywhere.

Designed with intention. Built to last. Worn with soul.
Welcome to Vieux.
