Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from purchase to return new, unworn shoes for a full refund. There is no restocking fee.

What we accept

• Shoes must be unworn, with no signs of wear, and in the original shoe box.
• We can't take back or refund worn shoes. Please try your shoes on indoors, on a clean floor, to check the fit.
• Return shipping is free on regular-priced items.

Return by mail

1. Request a return through our website. We'll email you a prepaid return label.
2. Put the shoe box inside a cardboard shipping box. Please don't put the label on the shoe box itself, and don't use a plastic mailer. Both can get your shoes damaged or lost.
3. Attach the label to the outside of the shipping box and drop it off.

Return or exchange in a store

Live near New Orleans? Bring your unworn shoes and receipt to any of our four Orleans Shoe Co. stores: Magazine Street, French Quarter, Metairie Road or Severn. Find a store.

Exchanges

To get a different size or color online, return your pair and place a new order. Or exchange it in any of our four stores.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll refund you within 2 business days, back to your original payment method.

Defective shoes

If your shoes have a defect in the materials or how they were made within 6 months of purchase, we'll replace them. Normal wear, like worn-down soles or scuffs, isn't a defect. Email us a photo of the problem with your order number and we'll take it from there.
